Replacement Spring

I needed two springs to replace old ones that had degraded after years of use on Wupper Airline puppet toys of vintage age. The springs arrived perfectly packaged and beautifully presented in tissue paper and strong cardboard: there was an accompanying postcard and complementary discount voucher. The springs were too large in diameter so I asked for advice on adaptation. I got a full and pleasant return email with a photo of this toy’s original fixing. I was able to adapt the springs for my purpose. I would recommend this company as Ben and James are clearly passionate about their small business and it is obvious they attend to detail and show care in follow up.

This eccentric professor in his flying machine has sat on a shelf since our over- enthusiastic grandchildren pulled too hard and snapped its ancient spring. I was delighted to find this replacement and he's back in action.

This spring is perfect. Easily attached to the souviner i bought years ago which my grandchildren have bounced a little too enthusiasticly, hence the new spring. Its great quality and perfect for the job. Thank you. 😁

Excellent service

I bought this spring to attach to a lovely felted wool chicken called Barbara I was given by my Grandchildren. The spring is excellent and Barbara the chicken now dangles magnificently.
