At The Artisan Merchants, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our returns and refunds process.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and unworn.

  • With any original tags attached (where applicable).

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing goods for delivery within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the Withdrawal Button available on our website. Alternatively, you may contact us at theartisanmerchants@gmail.com within the 14-day withdrawal period.

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you should return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Unless the goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied, or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not affect your statutory rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at theartisanmerchants@gmail.com. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required by law:

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Any products that are exempt from cancellation or return under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to request a return of the original item. Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund to your account.

Any original delivery charges will only be refunded where required by applicable law.
